The moon’s friendly glow illuminates the skyline, while below the rush of civilization streaks by.
Another rose from the Duluth Rose Garden. The main feature for this one is the yellow to red petals, and the supporting burgundy of the leaves.
The sunrise paints the Kenosha mountains as the snow clouds try to obscure them.
A calm river lets the ice form as the water swirls.
The colors are enhanced by one of my camera’s built in filters, but the reflection of the tree makes the shot.
While trying to pull detail out of the rose I pushed the colors into old film territory. I can’t say I mind.
Pikas rarely sit still, but sometimes you get a clear shot.
Fall colors are approaching the peak above Leadville.
